Description: Program for qualifying, low-income or fixed-income PG&E customers for a 20% savings on their bill for two years. Customer must have his/her name on the bill. Income Criteria: For 1-2 person – pretax income must be no more than $24,200; 3 people - $28,400 or less; each additional member add $5,800 to the pretax annual income. Children are included in the household size. Call to receive free application and obtain income requirements.

Description: Counseling for debt management. Also offers credit report review. Counselor will pull credit reports and scores from all three of the credit bureaus, as well as offering advice on the results.

Description: Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP): 444-3834. Provides financial assistance for PG&E, Propane, and Firewood. Calls are taken every Monday starting at 9:00am to make appointments for that week. Once slots are full, no more calls are taken for that week. Calls and appointments are taken again the following Monday though out the year until their money runs out. Low-moderate income eligible. Weatherization Program: 444-3831 ext. 201. Provides low to moderate-income tenants and home-owners with insulation, health and safety related testing, and home repairs. The energy saving improvements are provided free of charge for income qualified households. There is a waiting list.
