Description: Non-Emergency, free medical transportation from Crescent City two days a week for medical/dental appointments in the Eureka/Arcata area. There is no charge for this service. Tuesdays for medical appointment time frame 10:00 AM to Noon. Pickup location is at the Safeway store at 7:30 AM. Wed Afternoon appts between 1:00 and 3:00, pick up at 11:00 There is limited seating. Note from medical provider verifying appt. is necessary. Call for reservation. Non-emergency medical transportation is also available on a fee basis for Southern Oregon and Northern California. Fee may be Medi-Cal, insurance, or private pay.
